babychella at transcend studios - A family festival full to the brim with uplifting vibes and love

The Babychella festival at Transcend Studios was an absolute joy to be part of. I’d never been there before and was immediately struck by the warm and welcoming vibe. The first thing you’re greeted with is ‘This is a place of love. Everyone is welcome here. Expect a cheery hello and a hug.’ And indeed this is what I got as I entered and was met by owner Paulo.

The taster classes were vibrant, fun and uplifting. From baby wearing dance, baby yoga, family yoga and family sound baths, ending in a family rave. I loved watching the interactions between everyone: from mums dancing with their babies, dads hugging their kids, parents balancing together in family yoga, kids carrying their siblings, friends laughing together and strangers striking up a conversation. All the events seemed to bring everyone together in such a special way. 

Transcend Studios is a unique oasis of calm and positive energy. There’s so much on offer for everyone. Baby wearing dance, reflexology, yoga, mama circles, men’s circles, reiki, tarot card readings, sound baths, trapeze yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong. The list goes on: you can view the full schedule here. 

There’s a fab cafe offering snacks, smoothies, juices and the staff are incredibly friendly. There’s also a treasure trove of a shop filled with prints, cards, crystals, jewellery, incense and more.
