what does a maternity shoot look like when the rest of the family get involved?
This wasn't Tash's first baby, but it was her first maternity shoot. When you know your pregnancy will be your last it's all the more important to document the moment. It was great to get the whole family involved and we ended up with a real mix of the kids playing together, individual portraits, them interacting with 'bump', some stunning images of Tash on her own as well as some of her alone with her partner. Oh and the dog also made an appearance.
Here's what Tash said 'I wanted to capture my last ever baby bump and time as a family of four. It was something I'd always wanted to do but felt too uncomfortable and self conscious. I wasn't sure how I'd feel doing it and was worried about how the kids would react. We found it so much easier than expected. You had a very natural, calm presence which made us all feel at ease and the kids felt really comfortable as did myself and David. We had a lovely day which made us feel close and connected as a family. We absolutely love the photos they're so gorgeous!'
